I am 21 years old, and I am 5 feet 7 and weighs 190 lbs. According to the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, my BMI is 29.8, which not only overweight but obese neighbors! I do not know exactly look like that fat, but it seems a little thick. I have a double chin, flabby belly, "breast" man and not a few shirts and jeans, used to be a perfect fit, or fit closely or not all. I was 157 pounds at the end of 2007, but at the end of 2008, my weight has risen to 30 kilograms. I'm big at 180 pounds in the fall of 2009, but during the holidays, I could not. I crashed the car several times (especially sweet biscuits, cakes, ice cream, candy) and fast food (French fries, hamburgers, etc.). I really want to lose 40 to 50 pounds of Juno, that's when my grandmother is in town, and when my birthday is. How do I do that, and I can not control what we eat and like to eat?

Everything depends on how they are motivated. A large number of regular cardiovascular exercise helps your metabolism and overall health. I found that changing what you eat can help you do more than try to change the amount. Vegetarians are usually much lower in weight and have better overall health.
