Another problem with the game GTA IV

I bought this game a month ago, installed on my laptop and it worked very well. Shortly afterwards, the problems only began with the creation of a Y. GFW Real Account.
It was nothing compared to now I have problems when I installed it on my PC (because of the much higher specification).

PC (not Laptop) Specifications:
Intel Quad Q6600
OCZ 4GB
WD 1TB
XFX 680i mobo

Iv stopped to count how many times iv installed, uninstalled and reinstalled.

Well, that's what happened.
