Pinky Mr Marcus What Did They Used To Call Announcers At Balls?

What did they used to call announcers at balls? - pinky mr marcus

You know, in ancient times, in England or elsewhere. They used to calling these huge balls of princes and princesses, and upstairs is this little man with a big voice, the person's name when they arrived as "Deadly Kiss and Miss Mr. Pinky" or whatever. I think the speakers are called, but I'm not sure. HELP! We have the answer for a project!
