What is a good occasional exercise after sitting at a desk for a few hours? - occasional chairs
Only to find a way around the boredom of sitting in an office chair with a few fast sections break / exercises. Some suggestions?

on the path of coffee, perhaps, take the stairs instead of elevators. If time allows, not for lunch, go to the search.
Park further away from the office entrance and proceed as quickly and after work.
If you can not use the elevator to your floor. but if you're in a tower that you just downloaded a couple of floors first, then using the stairs to his office. Over time, the number of plants, as fitter and faster.
You can also walk to a place called Staff Office by telephone or e-mail.
Practice Contract your abdominal muscles for ten seconds, then release (close to twenty repetitions, several times a day), to better your abdominals to prevent back pain.
