I had melted a number of warts, "" off with liquid nitrogen before (not laser). It hurts, but not too terrible if you have a very low pain threshold. It feels a bit like a bee sting or needle prick.

In essence, the doctor will take a long Q-Tip, what and how they appear in liquid nitrogen and hold it against the wart for 5 seconds or more, then the Q-Tip is cool again and go to the other. It was pretty quick and then I was on my way.

I've never had a negative reaction, but it has some redness at the site of the freeze for a few days and then the place is black and flaky and fall. It sounds kind of gross, but they do not freeze to help himself.
